It is my week on QRF (Quick Reaction Force) and an announcement goes through the tent for us to gear up and be ready for a briefing in ten minutes. I jump off my cot and hurry up to suit up and grab my weapon, the M-249, Squad Automatic Weapon, aka, the SAW.
