Abstract
Flipping the classroom is an innovative teaching method that features the use of the higher levels of Bloom's Revised Taxonomy (analyzing, evaluating, and creating) during the course meeting, rather than merely those of remembering, understanding, and applying. Typically this style of instruction requires a flexible classroom environment which facilitates numerous activities. In an effort to determine the impact of physical classroom environments at Eastern Kentucky University on instructors' efforts to flip their classes, this study examines six classroom spaces and offers suggestions for utilizing resources efficiently.
