The primary focus of the post-master’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program is organizational leadership. The online curriculum is a practice-focused doctoral program to prepare nurse leaders in gaining an understanding of translating nursing knowledge to improve practice and health outcomes. Graduates are prepared to provide expert organizational or clinical leadership in facilitating and creating learning environments where evidence-based principles are implemented. In addition, you will become experts in designing, managing, implementing and evaluating health care outcomes, to serve as practice leaders within healthcare systems.
