Abstract
The nature of teaching at the university level is a faculty role that is shifting quickly from traditional classrooms and web-blended offerings and fully online options. Online education and teaching has changed greatly over the last decade with 90 percent of four-year public institutions offering some type of online education (Crawford-Ferre and Wiest, 2012). More and more faculty are offering courses and select programs online.
