Abstract
Debbie Whalen and Neil Kasiak discuss their collaboration to diversify the archives experience for undergraduates by adapting good theory and practice to enhance primary source literacy. They developed the FROG model to describe a useful internal and external mantra (Finding Research Opportunities for Growth) for the collaboration of archivists and faculty, and the resulting engagement of students with primary sources.
