Abstract
This paper focuses on the topic of retinoblastoma, a type of childhood cancer that is found in the eye. This paper discusses who is affected by the disease in the United States, as well as worldwide. A personal story from the author is included. The treatment options available for patients with retinoblastoma is discussed at length. The paper also provides information about resources available for children and families affected by retinoblastoma. The paper focuses on spreading awareness of the disease through available resources and a service project through the Kentucky Education Association Student Program.
