Abstract
Aging, or rather, anti-aging is a concept that has been long explored. There are multiple scientific theories explaining the cause of aging. This thesis focuses on defending the accuracy of the programmed theory of aging which says that aging follows a biological timetable. There are three sub theories within and they are all connected throughout for a greater understanding. Given the findings of the research from the theories, potentially theories of alteration will also be explored.
