Abstract

The Bride Guide is an original wedding planning guide that was created as my EKU Senior Honors Thesis. The goal of the guide was to artistically create a source of organized information to provide couples assistance in planning their wedding day. The Bride Guide was designed specifically for couples that cannot afford a wedding planner or for people that are requesting my services that I am already booked for. Using creative and artistic style, this document utilizes consistent hex codes, stylistic elements, and specific typography choices to increase the pleasure of the viewer's eye. The guide also includes professional photography from myself and other photographers in Central KY. This project truly was a passion project and acts as an extension to my existing business, Lydia B. Creative Co.
