Directions to Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY

Note: the following directions will route you to the Lancaster Lot for parking on campus.

From I-75 North:

1. Take Exit 87.
2. At the light, turn left onto the Eastern Bypass (876).
3. Turn left onto Lancaster Avenue (52). This will be the 6th light.
4. Once you've passed the light, start looking for the pedway crossing Lancaster Avenue.
5. Turn left into the Lancaster Lot shortly after you've gone under the pedway.

From I-75 South:

1. Take exit 87.

Parking

We recommend using Lancaster Lot, which is located off Lancaster Avenue, directly across from the University Drive entrance. See EKU's campus map for for all of the parking options. Locations of note from that map:

• Lancaster Lot is located in section F-2
• Libraries Complex is located in sections D-2 and E2 (buildings labelled 34-36). The main entrance is in the building labelled 36.

Walking Directions to Eastern Kentucky University Libraries

Note: the following directions will route you from Lancaster Lot, and will also route you around construction on University Drive.

1. Cross Lancaster Avenue on the pedway.
2. Cross University Drive to avoid construction.
3. Turn right and head up the sidewalk along University Drive.
4. Walk until there is a gap in the construction on your right. You should see University Building, an old brick building with white columns, through this gap.
5. Turn right and cross University Drive.
6. Keep walking straight ahead, past the University Building. The main entrance to the library is set back from the street, off the little grassy area and where the large glass window begins.
