Abstract

This report explores how Learning Assistants (LAs) in Human Anatomy and Physiology develop durable skills relevant to future healthcare careers. Using surveys and reflections, we assess gains in communication, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and student-centered practice. Findings highlight LA programs’ dual impact: enhancing student learning and preparing LAs for future careers.
