Abstract
The researcher investigated how pets benefit health and quality of life in both therapeutic and non-therapeutic interventions. The researcher conducted a literature analysis examining the scholarly articles that support or disprove the benefits of pets on health and quality of life. The researcher thoroughly examined four scholarly articles and was able to make interesting conclusions about the benefits of pet ownership.
