The understanding of the value of female athletes and what they could provide needs to be understood and presented right away, as the potential of the modern sports woman has been untouched so far. While the global interest in women’s sports is on the rise, the former analysis and inclusion of new methods and ways as an outlook to create intentional growth for all athletes could initiate power, stability, and protection that women need to continue to grow. The understanding of the value of female athletes, as well as what they could provide, needs to be understood and presented in the right way, as the real potential of the modern sports woman has been untouched so far.
