Vision Quest: Examining Ayahuasca in Kentucky, implications for Counseling

Abstract
A growing number of people are travelling to Kentucky for a 'spiritual quest' experience, to purge and seek answers for what is known as "Kentucky ayahuasca". In fact, retreats have become so popular that there has been a recent Television Series that explores its use and the people that are seeking healing. Through a round table discussion we will examine the implications through interdisciplinary dialogue and discussion. Our aim is to elevate knowledge and comprehension for professional practice.
