Abstract
Climate change has been affecting nature and the world for many years. Water, energy, transportation, wildlife, agriculture, ecosystems, and human health are experiencing the effects of climate change. There is currently little understanding of where and how protected area assessments have been conducted and what assessment approaches best inform park management and climate change.
Using different methods as well as studying many different aspects of climate change through Natural Resources can show how Natural Resources and Natural Resource Management are helping to prevent climate change. From assessments to scenario climate change planning, and even studying mental effects of climate change, are all aspects that can be used in Natural Resources to help prevent climate change.
