Abstract

Universities frequently explore techniques for improving graduate employability, yet these efforts don’t always translate to student perceptions. This piece uses a data-informed approach to support the use of an activity (Holland Codes) meant to encourage students to reflect upon their university’s contributions to their career readiness.
