Abstract
Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) offers principal certification through a specialized Principal Certification Cohort Degree program. One component within this academic program is teaching durable skills through a deeper dive into curriculum, a broader range of field experiences, and the development of durable skills through a series of experiential learning assignments.
