Abstract

Open Pedagogy (OP) is a practice which enhances comprehension and employability skills by allowing teachers and learners to be co-creators in learning experiences and scholarship. This didactic practice is used in a variety of degree programs. This article provides examples of OP adopted in multiple food and nutrition courses.
