Abstract
Online education presents challenges of engaging students and cultivating career-ready (“durable”) skills. Simulation-based learning in an online, synchronous environment may enhance student engagement while developing real-world skills. This study examines how simulation-based exercises can impact learning outcomes in online paralegal education and assist instructor assessment of those outcomes.
