Biography
Whitney Henderson, OTD, MOT, OT/L, FAOTA is an Associate Clinical Professor and Director of PPOTD program at the University of Missouri. She has clinical experience with adults with neurological diagnosis and teaches and supervises adult content and practicums.
Christine Davis, OTD, OTR is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program at Baylor University. She has over twenty years of clinical experience and over 5 years’ experience in academia. She has completed scholarly activities in areas of reading in higher education and pain neuroscience education.
Christen Leach, OTD, OTR/L, BCP, CPST, MLM is an Assistant Professor at Touro University. She has clinical experience in school-based, home health, and early intervention settings and is board certified in pediatrics. She has completed the STAR Institute for Sensory Processing Advanced Mentorship, Level 1 Clinical Reasoning in Intervention, and the Sensory Processing Proficiency Level 1.
Theresa Hallenen, DHSc, MS, OTR/L, CHT is a senior OT and CHT in the Duke University Health System. She co-directs the AOTA-accredited Duke Hand Therapy Fellowship and serves as lead therapist at the Duke Nerve Center of Excellence. Additionally, she serves as an instructor within Duke School of Medicine’s OTD program.
